Anxiety is a condition caused by the mind and can be fixed by the mind. Human beings especially those of us in the West are conditioned by time,though time is just a metaphor and doesn’t really exist there is only the present moment. So how does all this help with anxiety?
Well anxiety tends to be a something that is referenced in the future. We tend to be anxious about something in the future, something that may or may not happen and the consequences of such. So try being anxious about something that has happened!
