Therapy for Men
As a male and a male therapist I am aware that there are many issues that are particular to a man’s mental health. I specialise in working with male clients, offering therapy for men and helping them to make the changes they want to in their life.
Issues might include:
- Job stress
- Domestic violence whether as victim or assailant
- Separation from children
- Relationship problems
- Sexual problems
There are many aspects to maleness and masculinity that impact upon the well being of men. The therapy for men I provide offers a professional, safe, secure and confidential talking therapy (psychotherapy). Typically I see clients for a one hour session once a week. Session can of course be more frequent if there is a need. My fees are £50 per session.
During the our first sessions I will listen to what changes you want to make in your life or what is having a negative effect on the quality of your life. I seek to help you understand and uncover how and why you find yourself currently experiencing the feeling, behaviours or emotion that are limiting you.
