Many of my clients are men and I specialise in working with men and issues that affect a man’s mental, emotional or psychological well being. I work with both men and women and I have a special interest in working with men and a man’s mental health.


As a psychotherapist in Exeter I offer a safe, secure and non judgmental place in which you can be heard and be felt to be heard and seen. Whatever the issues are that you bring I am here to help you feel better in how you live your life. I place a great deal of importance on my therapeutic relationship with clients, for it is through this trusting relationship that healthy and lasting change occurs.

I offer psychotherapy and counselling in Exeter.

Man Therapy – Therapy for Men.

I am a registered full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (Reg MBACP). For people on low income I have some concessionary rates available.


I offer long term in depth psychotherapy through transactional analysis.

As a PTSTA(P) and a UKCP registered supervisor I offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists in Exeter and Newton Abbot.

Supervision can be one to one or group supervision.

Symptoms Treated

Psychotherapists are trained to look beyond the presenting problems in order to determine any possible underlying cause or causes.  Psychotherapy can be long term commitment, which may take months or years. Counselling is similar to psychotherapy in that it is a talking therapy.
